You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Payment, Credits & Subscriptions
Some features require payment (e.g., credits, subscriptions, trials).
All fees are disclosed before purchase.
Refund Policy: Purchases are eligible for a full refund only if no credits have been used. Once a credit has been redeemed (e.g., for an analysis or scan), the purchase is non-refundable.
Trials (e.g., $1 introductory offers) may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before renewal. This will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Québec and Canadian law:
ChartSense AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, algorithms, and services on ChartSense AI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services.
